Cima Bianca

PECORINO Terre d'Abruzzo I.G.P.
Fosso Corno - Cima Bianca

The origin of its name comes from the snow-covered peak of the Gran Sasso (Cima Bianca = white peak), which evokes the freshness of this white wine, produced from Pecorino grapes typical of the Abruzzo region. This wine aims to highlight the most characteristic aspects of the grape, emphasizing its fruity character and great freshness.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 8–10 days. On the nose, it shows delicate aromas reminiscent of fresh, vibrant flowers. On the palate, it is delicate, with plenty of lively fresh fruit and a persistent, penetrating flavor.

A Pecorino that clearly expresses its territory. Bright straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it shows a fresh, fruity, and floral bouquet, enhanced by a pleasant marine note. On the palate, it is elegant, savory, and persistent, with well-balanced acidity reflecting its proximity to the sea

Ideal as an aperitif and paired with delicate first courses, vegetable spring rolls, grilled prawns, asparagus risotto, seafood dishes, and grilled fish.
Also, intriguing and enjoyable when paired with tempura.
