Our Pecorino has a brilliant lemon-yellow color. Its bouquet is fruity and floral with pleasant and persistent mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and of good structure.
Ideal companion for appetizers, light first courses, fish and white meats. Excellent as aperitif too.
